Huh. Well if this set is to be drafted, that first ability pretty much reads nothing. Are you sure this isn't an uncommon?
This card was designed for constructed first, but even as a 2/2 flying with activateable shroud, its not bad.
weak card was weak. Changed from +1/+0 to +2/+0. Probably still to weak. Still, balanced for limited more or less. still not constructive worthy though....
