WotC avoids using +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters in the same set since that can get messy pretty easily. For example, Spiritforge Master uses +1/+1 counters while this uses -1/-1 counters. I think you ought to choose one of the two types of counters.

Noted, I'll find some other form of removal. For this slot.

Maybe Disfigure would fit in this set nicely; or maybe just put a Cremate-esqu effect in?
