Odd casting cost. It seems like it would be a rare situation where {2}{w}{w/u} would matter over {3}{w} or {2}{w}{u}. I suppose it's nice to have options, but the alternative cost already forced you to have blue mana... it should be pretty rare when paying {w}{w} to cast this spell meant the game...

You may have spent the blue mana already on your turn, and it looks prety to me ;)
