Practically impossible to track in paper

Is it? I was more worried about changelings getting +6/+3, but outside of that there is not much worry about e. g. creature types changing a lot.

It's four different buffs you need to keep track of. With this template, they also don't have an obvious relationship. Maybe

> Until end of turn, creatures you control get +0/+1. Humans you control get an additional +1/+0. Astartes you control get an additional +2/+0. Custodes you control get an additional +3/+0.

That way you can at least chunk it better mentally
