New blue-black-red theme(?)

Derived from colorshifted Soulreaper of Mogis/Thallid Soothsayer & Azure Mage. Soulreader was common, but most aren't.

I kinda want a (10-card) cycle of uncommons (originally thought commons) with these off-color activation costs.
