I'm having issues balancing this. And now that I think about it, this is at least worse than Treasure Cruise.

Red might not be meant to get anywhere near this close to Divination.

I really just want that first activated ability on a card and feel obligated to have a fitting second ability.

Is there a number of cards to exile high enough to consider it a cost high enough for red to get the "draw two cards"?

I alraedy am more cautious than Psychatog. :)

I'll have to ponder this card a while longer.
