Apparently Monstrous Onslaught is already a thing. This was just supposed to be "Butcher Orgg - the Spell" or "Soul Fire's (using Triumph of Ferocity tech) and Pyrotechnics/Spreading Fire get together".

To make it more of a red card I allow noncreature targets.
