Seems kind of pricey; since you already need a dragon with useful abilities (and dragons tend to be costly) and getting an extra 2/1 is going to be a bit of an afterthought until you have like, half a dozen different dragons in play. At which point: You have half a dozen dragons in play. Who cares about a 2/1 body? And while you might make the argument "You can have this one be haxproof and equip/enchant it to be huge" I counter with "You already have a hexproof dragon, which means it's already huge. (Well, ok, I uess you might have failed to megamorph and ended up with a 3/3. Pretty niche.)
