I like the idea of a Myr Planeswalker :D What's her mana cost?
That passive seems strong. I designed something similar ages ago, Overfilled Junkyard, with a significant limitation. To give you back an artifact each turn is... hmm, Argivian Archaeologist without the cost and harder to kill... Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge's [-3] without the loyalty cost!
It's a slight pity to duplicate Karn, the Great Creator's [+1] on her. The flavour does work here, by all means, but it's very much Karn's thing; might be better if you can find another Myr-flavour ability for the +1 to avoid treading on Karn's shiny silver toes.
Perhaps sacrifice nontoken artifact to create Myr token
