Wow. Even assuming that "non-token" gets added in there, to stop you generating extra tokens without actually losing anything; this is kind of too good.
Starting from 3-mana (any colour at all); suddenly every creature gets a second life as a 5/5. And every black player can give them a third life.
This is reminiscent of Offspring's Revenge. Or God-Pharaoh's Gift or Nightmare Shepherd. Note that two of those make 1/1 tokens and the other costs seven rather than three. And they all _exile_ the creature card.
Mm. Losing 6 life on round three is rather meaningless if it means you locked the game.
But I don't like pig-piling. I'm here mostly because the wording on the end is confusing. Logic tells me that activating the ability probably exiles the 5/5, but the wording tells me that this puts an Assassin creature into play that immediately exile itself.
Personally, I'd just get rid of that last ability altogether anyways. It's a really good idea, but it deserves it's own card, not to just get smooshed onto this card as an afterthought.
