Hmmm. Conspiracy cards in black border. I mean, that function outside of Limited. Maaayybe.
The main purpose I created this for is to allow cards like Hedron Alignment to work in Commander while also allowing for options in other Constructed formats.
It could be very well that this is just bonkers in aggressive builds, though, that want that consistency.
"this spend mana" >> "spend this mana"
