Perhaps add, if you play from your hand then it enters the battlefield tapped, or else, you cannot play it from your hand either unless a creature died, maybe.

Mmm, certainly needs something. Although it seems like it would take a lot of work to set up actually getting lots of these into play early, just getting one would be potentially strong.
