"... onto the battlefield"? Sweet jesus. I know that's a {9} but still.

My concern is to find the correct cost.

The current cost is based on Deathbellow War Cry which currently can produce a top output of a total cmc of 24-25 (not including cascade triggers).

Per color the highest cmc God + Demigod + Saga would be:

That's 13 to 16 mana. The current choice of cost means you'll get your cards quite a bit easier, so maybe a {6}/{3} cost or {3}/{7} cost, but with another minor ability (mana ability?) would be appropriate.

I don't know, because all these equivalencies are also counterbalanced by the fact that you have to build a very specific deck and while I'll never be unhappy to have a 8/8 Kraken creature with hexproof just putting it in my deck means I'll also have to be ready to handle drawing the card since Mural of the Myth does not work from the hand - and you better don't draw/mill all your Sagas by accident, because the mural also suddenly stops working if you don't have everything in place.

It's hard to put a number on the opportunity cost that comes with playing three specific tribes with a combined total of 64 cards.

This is obviously contentious but personally I'm of the stance that it's better just to never blatantly ignore mana costs in this manner, regardless of the cost. Basically each repeated design with that type mechanic asks the question "at what mana cost is it ok to ignore mana costs" which is really more of a trick question and moves the game towards vintage/ygo type of environment where your decks needs to consist of 30+ % of combo disruption or you like adjust the environment in such manner that those decks would be competed by rush decks that leads to a polarized meta. Other notably thing would be the way cost ignoring cards restrict future design space in practice.

Besides that, couple of other discerning things here that are also associated with cost skipping is that this virtually gives all three cards "flash" as you can activate this at instant speed and secondly, it skips all the possible color requirements - you can run this in a deck of any color and get cards of all and any color (worth of note imo even if it would be inconsistent/noncompetitive).

Deathbellow you can't do until turn 8 (approximately). This pops on turn 5, which is nuts. I could conceivably see this as "put one on the battlefield and the rest in your hand". I feel like Planar Bridge is a better analogy

now legendary

The reason I compare this card with Deathbellow War Cry rather than Planar Bridge is because that's what the card is supposed to be: An approximation of a sorcery by being a one-shot effect.

I prefer a colorless card to be an artifact though, so the question about how to handle the split mana cost is important. Giving it an in-between mode helps keeping this an artifact in spirit.
