cavicorn + parviscient

hollow-horned and having little knowledge

So, i'm assuming cavicorn isn't an animal as much as a distinction of them... So, what if I make it a capricorn? that's cool... but i dunno in mythology if capricorns are generally smart... So i'm going to go with a Ram instead. Parviscient? might not contrast well with such a small word... maybe just Foolish.
