ophthalmoscope + masterate

instrument for viewing the interior of the eye and degree or title of a master.

this is the second time i've gotten a fricking eye-instrument. so i'm going to challenge myself to make the same token as the previous card. A 0/1 blue Eye creature token with Flying and 'At the beginning of your upkeep, draw a card'.
