First strike doesn't interact with fight and the way you structure that card and ability implies it does.

Also this is an 8/8, so it doesn't matter that much to begin with. If I'd want a 8/8 Atarka with kicker and a ETB fight ability, I'd turn it around and make the kicked version the 8/8 and have a useful cheaper body to make the card more relevant for more phases of the game rather than a 11-mana dump that barely matters i. e.

I barely invested thoughts in balance here. Either way your seven/eight mana get you an 8/8 that removes something.

Maybe fight should be replaced with "~ deals damage equal to its power to target creature or planeswalker."
