Usually loyalty abilities are sorted roughly in descending order of loyalty cost, so the +2 feels like it belongs on top.
Other than that the +2 actually is quite an interesting ability - I'd go for a lower amount of cards though and keep this as something to use on yourself to draw two cards, but also would use to mess with an opponent that has a full hand.
Anti-regeneration clauses don't fit into this new world without new creatures that have regeneration. Unless you bring back regeneration big time it shouldn't be there. I suggest removing it.
I'd make the token monocolored black just to drive home the point its not the red God. I also feel the ability shouldn't be on the planeswalker if some Gods are separate cards...
The ultimate is definitely fitting.
