That works; assuming you didn't alreayd have another two nice bits of flaour you wanted to put on lands.
This one even conveniently splits into three parts.
or stretch the flavor text over several cards. since it's assumed multiple versions of basic lands per block.
Too much text. I really like the idea to put flavor text on basic lands - liked it since I first read about the idea on the MtGS forums - but you don't want to throw aesthetics into the wind.
This is a wall of text. As a rule of thumb your basic land with flavor text shouldn't be red-flagged for text size for commons (knowing that flavor text usually would be ignored for this).
In this case I'd say the last part "[A]nd while Angband [...]" would be enough.
Yeah, uh, uhm.
This set is trying out some alternative/updated wordings and such that I really don't where I would stick them as to make them clearly apparent. The idea is that I'm not introducing all of these here, but that they would have already been introduced before so I don't really dwell on them or pronounce their presence here.
Some of these were (briefly) mentioned in the "Introducing new Wording" thread here.
"Tap all lands target player controls and empty their mana pool." Mana Short
"you get" -> "it produces"
Now uses the "bury tech".
