CU10 to UU09
back to its blue variant
Notice "twice its power". Is this crazy (as a common)?
Changed the flavor text.
"Master of Dreams" -> "Dream-Ruler"
I'm unsure what the name should be. The card itself is a story-moment card for when the "Doom of Noldor" was announced and currently the name references the phrase "Long was the way that fate them bore" which appears in ley/song about Beren and Luthien.
With the proclaim mechanic the card's name can play a really nice role ("When you proclaim 'NAME'..."). Just announcing the card could be a rather fun event in itself.
Here are the list of names I'm considering:
Yes, the card's actual effect (whether it was proclaimed or not) is supposed to work when somebody tutors for and plays the tutored card on the same turn - even "triggering" with stuff like Sylvan Scrying and Commune with Nature. It would also work against other proclaimed cards that are played on the same turn they are proclaimed.
So the

at sorcery speed cost is (only) for those scenarios where it can't hose tutors or whatever.
It's kinda walking on unprecedented design space and I think it might have an effect (if it was printed irl) on other formats; even (or more so) on legacy and/or vintage.
Going for a sorcery-speed Utter End with this card costs

so it's color intensive and not really a possibility for any random multicolor deck with white in it.
Huh; so you have to set it up, and then activate it?
But in exchange, you don't have it sat around waiting to be disenchanted. Feels pricey, but I guess it shuts down some decks cold.

Added art.
I'll be untying archetypes from keywords in the future so that the keywords will be used much more loosely between the colors. This means that the

colors will all probably have some chant, distinguished, and proclaim cards...
Removed code.
Stealth -> Hidden
Back to fog variant.
UU02 -> RU02
That's possible. Chant is indeed problematic. Some of that discussion can be found on Radiance of Unsullied Light's comment section.
CU01 to UU05
I think chant should have a period before it. It seems too easy to misread these effects as the target player chanting instead of you.
