Tribal Instant – Shapeshifter
Any number of target creatures become a copy of target nonlegendary creature until end of turn.
Amusingly, there are a lot of cards with type line "Tribal Instant - Shapeshifter". But it doesn't disqualify that tribe from this challenge, because they're cards like Crib Swap and Nameless Inversion, and they also have every other creature type.
This design is rather off the top of my head. I'm not too keen on it, and I may edit it to do something different and better.
Changed it from a weird partial Upheaval to a partial Mirrorweave effect instead. This is quite versatile; apart from anything else, it's a very powerful combat trick.
Yeah, wow - use it to make all your creatures huge and synergistic, or make all the opponents creatures rubbish. I like it, although either combat use is more of a white than a blue thing.
... you could even make every creature a prodigal sorcerer and use this as a wrath-alike :)
Created for Challenge # 008, paired with Chief of the Formless.

Hee! Wizards printed Polymorphous Rush, which if you choose 2 targets is precisely this :)
