Did I comment on staff before? I'm intrigued by bringing worker-placement into magic. But it would feel magic-y to me if these could be rebalanced so they did use workers instead of creatures. I'm not sure if that would actually work. Did you try that already?

Nobody has commented on it at all, unless I missed a comment somewhere.

I haven't tested Staff out myself, I've really just thrown out some ideas. You're right that it would make more Magic sense to assign creatures to Constructions rather than creating something new for that purpose.
