These abilities don't gel particularly well - Wither will cause the middle ability to put -1/-1 counters on Animated Husk, meaning it's basically useless once it's been blocked once. And should you manage to pump its power, thereby giving it enough counters to exceed its toughness, the final regeneration ability won't save it (you can't regenerate a creature from going to GY due to 0 toughness)
Also, I'm not sure I understand the white part of this card. Wither isn't in white, and dealing damage to itself isn't in white either. The only part that seems kind of white is the fact that this seems like a defensive card. Maybe make it straight black to fit the "hurts itself" theme.
The new ability is cool, but the white still feels forced. Maybe just B/G?
Odd timing on that second ability. I think many new players would play it incorrectly with a response similar to "And now that my insect has died in combat, I can regenerate Animated Husk and put him back on the battlefield". Regeneration is rarely understood by new players... maybe reminder text? Or uncommon?
Ugh, yeah - this and something else die in combat, so I can't regenerate this? That's just annoying.
