The last ability's wonky. I can suggest better wording, but I'd need to know whether you mean for all your Equip costs to be cheaper, or just costs to equip the Journeyman specifically.
However, there's a fun bit of confusion. Suppose I control only 2 untapped islands and a piece of equipment with "Equip 3". Can I Equip it? (Answer - yes, but only if I do things in the right order. I had to check the CompRules to make sure, and kitchen-table players will get it wrong.)
Ok. You probably want:
"As long as you control two untapped islands, equip abilities you activate that target ~ cost you up to less to activate."
(as per Spellwild Ouphe and Fluctuator)
Probably don't need "you activate", as that's implicit in the definition of Equip. And it'd work fine without "up to" as well, but it's more normal to include it as per Training Grounds. I'd go with "As long as you control two untapped Islands, equip abilities that target ~ cost you up to less to activate."
