A note for Research designs - the goal is to make it feel like there's a 'game-plan' if you can repeatedly draw it after shuffling it back in.

Possibility for CR12.
I don't like the name when it has nothing to do with our canister mechanic.
This should target the player. Right now it looks like a good win condition but if you research it and they sacrifice their creature in response this spell has no legal targets remaining so it counters itself. No damage to player, no shuffling back in.
That's a problem with any burn spell that targets a creature and does incidental damage to a player, though. I think it's worth the slight problem for the gameplay in the other 99% of the time, isn't it?
If it was just 3 damage it would be fine, but 5 damage and the shuffle seems like a lot to loose, especially if the GB archetype is about sacrificing.
