This kind of ability is really dangerous with stuff like Serum Powder and Demonic Consultation running around. It's somewhat alleviated by the fact that it's legendary (which especially makes the Consultation combo require a lot more setup), but I don't expect to see this get hardcast a lot, and it might even see significant use in completely off-color decks.

He'd be a fun general.
