I wouldn't say significantly better, but better. To be fair, cipher was not pushed last time. Giving it a little nudge here and there probably wouldn't hurt.

This feels really bad at {1} {u} for initial cast. Moving to be a Flying Men with options.

I like this design, its too bad Decipher is so wordy.

The wordiness of Cipher is a huge issue. We can definitely do some shortcuts to cut it down, but not many.
