Could this be changed in cost and given haste? Means you can use the canister on him right away.

Personally I feel like a Canister on a creature in red could be awkward. It basically gives red a vigilant (one time, but still) creature, which doesn't feel right. That's why I put the red common as Challenge Allegiances.
