Just to check my understanding of Underly (which I suspect wants to be "Underlie") - this is either {g}{u} for "Regen & Tap", or 1{g}{g}{u}{u} for "Regen, Tap, and 5/5 Trampler"? I can't delay paying the Underlie cost?

In any case, note that even mono-green pays 6 for a vanilla 5/5 trampler (Moss Kami). Admittedly, the colour weight here is heavy and you do need two target creatures in order to cast it; but the targets shouldn't be hard to find, and Blue does not get efficient fatties.
