A slight templating adjustment:
"If you control no Plains, exile ~" should be "When you control no Plains, exile Sunlight Above."
and
"If you control at least one Swamp, ~ deals wither damage" can be simplified to "Sunlight Above has wither as long as you control a Swamp."
As far as the card is concerned, it's a bit overburdened with keywords. I don't really think anyone enjoys Baneslayer Angel designwise, as it's just a conglomeration of abilities and solid stats. I think you've done a much better job exploring the concept of it being a Sun-elemental through the static and triggered effects, and you might want to further explore this idea of its powers being impacted by different lands, as though the lands change the weather/sunlight.
Hee, the Forest ability now makes it like Mirror-Sigil Sergeant (which also provides an example of how to template that ability). A self-replicating army of 2/2 wither creatures is pretty good.
One problem: the name and art make it look like it flies, but it doesn't, not even if I control an Island.
