Not everything has to be a port. But dang, this costs 12. Sure, it drop 25 power of flying on the table - but that doesn't seem like it's enough for that cost.

I mean "Search your deck for as many capital ships as you like, and put them into play" would still be underpowered for that cost.

The mana curve for S:tC is significantly higher than M:tG (at least, my version of S:tC, as I've commandeered this card set.)
