See Challenge # 105.

Random card: Seasinger.

Funny thing is, I was thinking of making a Form of the Dragon for blue before I decided to do this challenge. It so happens that this random card is a blue card and has something to do with islands. So I shall mix my blue form idea and hoser for this challenge.

Well, Seasinger needs the controller to have control of an Island. I wanted the blue form to only allow creatures with Islandwalk or Flying to be able to attack you. So why not steal Islands to make Islandwalk more likely.
