Create a dinosaur!
Usually dinosaurs have "Type - Lizard"
Most obvious dinosaurs in multiverse are in the list: http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?name=+saur though not all. And I wouldn't count all of those as dinosaurs.
Existing dinosaurs on multiverse see: cards named *saur; cards with type *saur
You may draw inspiration from Muraganda, as shown on Imperiosaur, or Ethan Fleischer's great designer search entry eg: http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/feature/128a but you don't have to. Just assume that you're in a set where there are lots of classic dinosaurs.
Bonus points for simplicity.
Turrimsaur Caelo
Also, wizards should totally get with the times and give dinosaurs either their own unique creature type or "bird lizard" as the creature type.
Diplodocus Hatchling
Xixianykus Zhangi
Added Grimlock, Leader of the Dinobots.
Sylvanivore, forest eaters.
Wandering Barosaurus
