I've been considering having a four-color mythic rare in Anydria. I had all of the effects at 3, but I worried that they weren't impressive enough for you to wasn't to skip your draw. At four, however, they seem too large, though it gives everything a pleasant roundness.
What's a green ability that's completely non- blue to which I can give a number? The other colors are all easy, but the current green ability here is also blue. Giving a creature +4/+4 seems too similar to either the black or the red ability in the end result.
Reach? Block n additional creatures? Add mana?
Reach doesn't really work as something to grand on your "upkeep," which is usually when you're going to forgo drawing. Neither does blocking additional creatures, which I think is white anyway. Adding mana could work, but I'd have to add an annoyingly long clause about it not emptying from your mana pool for a turn.
Maybe returning land cards from graveyard to hand would be good.
Technically, gain 4 life is just as green as it is white, so you could justify swapping it to either color. I was going to suggest cutting deal 4 damage to a creature and adding +4/-4 for red, and -4/+4 for white, and call green life gain. But, the +/- thing is fine for one color... once you put in both, it looks blue again...
+4/-4 feels red-black to me, and -4/+4 is a but of a stretch to put in white while also not being particularly useful on your turn, when you're most likely to be drawing cards.
For extra fun, add Lich or Nefarious Lich.
