Summary of challenge: Here's some art.

Design a card with a new smoothing mechanic (or a new twist on an old one): Something that helps players avoid losing games by drawing too much or too little of one card type. Bonus points for making a keyword or ability word that can be used on commons. You can also make an exciting/unique card that happens to smooth.

Thank you!

Someone on there parallel-designed my Sift mechanic, except that theirs exiles the card.

I like Critterform in concept, but why assigna number to it? Does scaling the number make the token bigger, or add more tokens? If the token scales, is it (confusingly) of a different type? I don't think the tokens should have creature types. That, or the creature type should be more generic so that critterform can be used in different colors.

It has the nice property that late in the game, when you want rid of land - it doesn't much help you. It only really helps to smooth out when you have a real glut of land - early on since it also uses up mana to use it. Late on, a big glut of land still kinda sucks - because how much help will a 1/1 be anyway?
