Minor thing: I'd reorder the abilities to put the splashier one ("free spells") first. Nice exciting card; a little reminiscent of Maelstrom Archangel. That was more proactive, but this is more wide-ranging.
I was considering cutting the land ability entirely. I wish I could word them as one ability.
