Using your graveyard as a library seems like fun. Probably broken, but with a nasty backfire.

The Angel part seems tacked on, and makes the drawback a little too easy to avoid.

The abilities are straight off Forbidden Crypt, which I don't think was broken (even if it does evoke Yawgmoth's Agenda, which obviously was). If anything, this doesn't have quite enough going on to count as both an artifact and an enchantment.
