For a challenge on MtG salvation. It must be a 6/6 flying dragon with a saboteur ability requiring 3 mana in order to get full points.
The real challenge is going to be making this different enough from Numot, the Devastator.
Alternate ability: …"you may pay {r}{w}{u}. If you do, destroy target permanent that player controls. Then that player exiles cards from the top of his or her library until he or she exiles a card that shares a card type with that permanent. You may play that card this turn."

I was always disappointed with Numot. {r}{w}{u} is my favourite colour triplet, and Numot is a big dragon with a saboteur trigger to... destroy lands. Meh. This is much more fun :)

Yeah, destroying lands isn't very {w}{u}, but I think that returning artifacts and enchantments might be.

Alternate abilities:
"...you may pay {1}{w}{u}. If you do, you gain X life and draw X cards, where X is the amount of damage dealt to that player this turn."
"...you may pay {r}{w}{u}. If you do, gain control of target artifact, creature, or enchantment that player controls."

Turns out my {x} cost ability wouldn't count for the challenge, so I've decided to go with the ability in my first comment. It's incredibly wordy, though.
