"Whenever". Also there should be a comma between trigger condition and effect - the text parses weirdly as it is.
This effect fills a specific role in this set? It seems weird if there is no particular point to it.
I made a cycle of creature's that did something when targeted with a spell of their color, though the cycle had no relation to the set.
So correct me if I'm wrong, but the sum of cards in this set that trigger this is Recompose... or your opponent using Sunbind...
What you have here is a more restricted heroic - and that required a specialized environment to work out. On first glance I'd give two pieces of advice:

Oh, I missed "or ability". Abilities are much easier to put into a deck to break this kind of card e. g. this goes infinite with Lifeforce Distributor.
