I can't help but deliberately interpret this as the wrong reference, and suggest it be given morph.

It's crazy powerful; but CMC6 so maybe that's ok? Wording.. maybe "In your hand" as that's the only place it matters?

Not so; you can pay Overload costs for cards cast by things like Diluvian Primordial.

EDIT: I'm wrong. The rulings even say so.
