The challenge for round two of this month's Custom Card League on MTG Salvation, which can be found here, was to design a mirrored pair without the colors of the two guilds we chose in round one. I chose Boros and Orzhov.
I don't often do well in the contests there, and sometimes it makes me wonder if I'm any good at this design thing. :(

I ended up using Boros Sanctifier and Orzhov Purifier, by the way.

You're a good designer, Link. I wouldn't worry over that. To be honest, I think your big problem is polish. You're the sort of person that I'd put on my design team because you come up with great ideas, but I wouldn't put you on my development team, because you like ideas over application. That's not a drawback, it's a talent.
