Temmar (from the Speedword for clockmaker) is the focus of the storyline. He becomes a Planeswalker in the second set.

@Vitenka In block, it will usually cost sacrificing a creature, since all creatures are artifacts. Still fairly costed?

I think Vitenka was making a joke, since this has not only a higher CMC cost than Elvish Piper, but also a higher cost for its ability... and is legendary.
If this had haste.. it would get some love.

I based this on Master Transmuter, more specifically. Since both those cards are considered a bit powerful, I didn't want to make anything cheaper.

Mope; I was being serious. Sac an artifact is a very sensible cost for the piper effect. The extra toughness IS nice, mind you.
