Oooh, a kind of double res.
Pricey; annoying if it's a legend you would like back; prevents most of the really obvious abuses of a res strategy with the X...
I like it a lot. But why blue?
Because it was a response to a challenge to create a spell that cost
. Also, I don't really see 
making the token by themselves.
