(See how this vaguely refers to the political situation! Ho ho, I'm so funny.)"

Green doesn't often get to do that - but it does when addressing the issue of enchantments. Let's do that.

Yeah, it's like a mini Zedruu. Given enchantments often don't care who owns them, probably slightly too good. Testing would probably suggest an activation cost at the very least.
