As the mana source being created by this is a (presumably noncreature, the type isn't defined) token, the value generated by this card requires the token to be removed. If Farmland's permanent type is supposed to be a land, that's even more points for the strictly better, as Stone Rain and nonreplacement land destruction is too slow for 60 card.
