Sorcery speed conditional removal is a bit weak, but the flavour is very good. Murder would be perfect, but I think black removal wants to be a bit more diversified.

There's going to be a couple of other spells as well.

OK. I want a "shot in the back" spell, and I don't think there's room for that and assassinate too, so assassinate becomes this.

Not sure about cost: this is a lot better than assassinate, but I don't think it's as good as doom blade, even allowing that removal should be a bit more expensive than doom blade.
