"Kinetic Harpoon" is a euphemism for "pointy rock dropped from orbit" :)

This is probably the orbital weapon most dangerous to copy, but I like the flavour. Is it ok?

Based on current trends, it would probably be a sorcery and/or deal 1 damage. Also, "creatures with orbital."

Not sure, but the whole cycle probably can't be instants, so lets try it as a sorcery. Burn spells are always playable whatever they cost :)
