Trivial tweak on Rummaging Goblin. I wanted a different flavour, so I tweaked the stats a bit to not make a functional reprint, but I haven't planned the limited environment so any stats could be fine at this point.
It's funny having so much choice, red looting being a new mechanic, almost any combination of stats with approximately the right cost is plausible.
I wish red looting were more "less good but different" and not so much "strictly worse" than blue looting. I guess it is on spells, as the "discard first" often gives a reasonable discount, but the creatures feel like they need to be different somehow. Maybe I could squeeze haste on more of them?
Haste on a looter is a remarkably good idea. The only time blue got it was Bonded Fetch.
Yeah, it seems obvious. I think the constraints are (a.) if it's at all useful in combat as well as looting, it probably wants to be uncommon because that will make complicated decisions and (b.) when magic designer articles talked about bonded fetch they warned things like that needed to feel like a creature, not like an artifact.
But actually, yeah, it wouldn't work in blue, but a slightly-inefficient red looter with small body with haste would be very good in red. I think I might convert this.
Haste, move to uncommon
