For Challenge # 045 a fairly direct answer. Old creatures are bad, new creatures are good.

Could do with a P/T itself... 99/99?

I'm thinking Be blatant. Something like "P/T are century and year."

And even in an un set it should be somewhat playable; a five-mana 98/98 is still too good, especially if it isn't the main point of the card :)
