Is this broken with fetchlands, or just powerful? It's also best buddies with Avalanche Heights and Unstable Lavafalls, of course.
It's clearly a combo card, but I think it's okay...
Well, he's tap to use and there's no repeatable 'as many lands as you like' so not too terrifying (I'm thinking with an additional land-drop and strip-mine he's pretty terrifying though...)
He's a 4-drop, so you already have to be at the "And I win" stage in tournaments anyway. Anything that lets red get from 4 to 6 quickly has to be a good thing :)
Ok, Crucible of Worlds appears to be just nastier than this in every circumstance I can find. And they printed that.
Also, creature type: "Bear in a plane"
I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking that about the name
Vitenka's points are fair, though she's mistaken about the gender of the card as indicated by the flavour text... :P
As for the name: hmm, I don't think I ever saw any of that, but yeah, guess I should change her name to avoid that.
I don't think I noticed the name until Vitenka reminded me. My primary referrant would have been Baloo once, when I loved the cartoon, but now would be Taliesin instead. "Talespinner" might be enough of a change, or you could alternatively ignore it, or embrace it by referencing bears in the flavour text :)
