I feel the red cards in my cycles are always weak. I didn't want to do the obvious and have this deal damage, and looting was too close to Wind Totem, so I wound up with... this. There's nothing particularly red about this ability, but nothing that says red can't get it either. Either way, this card seems off and needs some work.

I think it's a really interesting take on Sisay's Ring / Ur-Golem's Eye.

I misunderstood your concern about its power level. I don't think it's too powerful, since the bonus is only sometimes relevant.
